We provide pool inspection and certification services and will assist you in complying with the relevant barrier standard.

Experienced & Qualified
First registered as a Building Inspector – Unlimited with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) in 1995. Extensive experience in dealing with the application and interpretation of Building Regulations and various Australian Standards as they apply to Pool and Spa Safety barriers. Tertiary Qualified as a Building Inspector.

Inspection - Certification Fee
$220 all inclusive
Amidst rising interest rates, fuel prices and generally an increase in living costs for basic essentials.
We understand the financial stress that families are going through at a time when councils are enforcing compliance of swimming pool and spa barriers.
Our fees are competitive with no middle person involvement.
Our initial fee includes certification if the barrier is found to be compliant and is inclusive of a re-inspection should it be required. There are No hidden costs.

General Information.
To ensure that we make the correct decision about your pool or spa safety barrier we use a physical checklist together with a Mobile APP for each inspection which aligns with the applicable barrier Standard.
For the purposes of the inspection we require a copy of the Council Pool information letter which sets out the pool / spa installation date and applicable barrier Standard.
Our Inspection Reports or Certificates of Compliance are subject to payment and are normally sent within
24 hours.
